When the company collects your information
When you indicate your e-mail address submitting a support ticket in the OpenLedger Support section of the Website or when you sign up to a newsletter or when you reach to us via e-mail, telephone, post, live chat or contact forms we may retain your personal details and those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your tickets, provide you with a newsletter and improve the Website.

How and for how long we process your personal information
The Company may use your Personal Information to send you e-mails and/or newsletters periodically listing news or events relating to the Website.
